Making

After a carefully selection of the olives that arrive to the mill, we start its cleaning, weighting and warehousing. Then, they are sent to the extraction facility in order to extract the oil. There, the oilves are chewed and they become an homogeneous paste from which olive oil is extracted by centifrugation. Notice the low temperature we work on that enables us to create a quality product and make sure it won't oxidize. All this process is made quickly in order to preserve the quality of the olive oil.
